Please make sure you double check the following before submitting your claim:

1. All required pieces of your claim are attached and submitted together, at the same time!
   (If you have more than one file, don’t submit individual files – each one would be like a separate, incomplete claim submission.)
   
2. The total size for all the files you're submitting cannot exceed 8MB.
3. File types supported: PDF, JPEG, and PNG.
